32 years ago today…

Three members of Lynyrd Skynyrd (Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gaines & Cassie Gaines) were killed in a fiery plane crash in Gilsburg, MI. Out of respect, their new release at the time, Street Survivors, was re-released without the initial artwork that had the band engulfed in flames. The CD has since been re-released with the flames intact. Click here to read more about this horrific event.
