47 Years ago today…

2002414860 Jimi Hendrix was honorably discharged from the Army’s 101st Airborne after breaking his ankle. Contrary to popular belief at the time, it would not be the last time Hendrix would “kiss the sky”. (Sorry about the weak-ass joke.)
