Vida Blue — New York, NY (12/31/01)

0531_largeGSBF:

On New Years Eve of 2001, The Chariman of the Boards Page McConnell brought Vida Blue to the Roseland Ballroom for a memorable first gig. Joining Page was The Allman Brothers Band’s (and former ARU) Otiel Burbridge on bass guitar/vocals and Russel Batiste Jr. of the Funky Meters on the drums. This band really brought the goods in a huge way delivering songs that were to appear on their yet to be released self titled debut. (Cont.’d with download)
