Not to get all Perez Hilton on ya or anything, but we’ve learned through the site that temperamental, on-again/off-again rocker, Ryan Adams and pop-star/actress Mandy Moore are engaged. Perez:

One of Mandy’s “close friends” spilled the details to Life & Style, saying, “She is so excited about their engagement but admits it’s been a whirwind. She’s really happy.”
Mandy ping-ponged between Adams and ex-bf DJ AM last year, but the pop star turned actress must be eager to settle down and land her man for good.
We’re still skeptical on just how long this will last!! Mandy’s a good girl and Ryan, well, seems like a bad bad boy!
Update: Mandy herself has just confirmed to us that she and Ryan are indeed engaged.
