Happy Birthday — Warren Zevon

warrenzevon1Zevon would’ve been 62 today. A periodic performer and sit-in guest on David Letterman, he had an entire episode devoted to his and Dave’s banter, mixed with performances of his songs. The episode was filmed shortly before his death in September of 2003. Here are two performances of  “Roland The Headless Thompson Gunner”, Letterman’s favorite song.
